Conagra Brands in Indianapolis seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team in meeting production and quality goals at our bakery plant. You will identify bottlenecks, ensure adequate resources, and drive improvements to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, plant equipment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
• Lead team in tracking and understanding goals, Gap Analysis, and creating action plans to address performance gaps.
• Provide resources and training to employees to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, PPE and confined space entry.
