Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in wood/metal or similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant activities and supervise production to meet KPIs.
• Delegate work assignments and use production boards to track performance.
• Lead lean initiatives, audits, training and coaching on lean tools.
• Ensure proper communication, safety and adherence to quality policies.
• Hire, develop and discipline operations staff as required.
• Interface with leadership to optimize production schedules and resources.
