Job summary

Sanimax is hiring a Production Laborer for the Green Bay facility on a 2/2/3 schedule, with hours 6:00 PM – 6:20 AM. Starting pay is $22/hr with a raise after 30 days, plus a 3% quarterly bonus and a 401(k) match up to 5%.

Responsibilities include backing trailers, loading/unloading rail cars, and covering various plant operations. The role requires at least 1 year of related work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and the ability to stay physically active.

Qualifications

• 1 year work related experience or equivalent preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available).

Responsibilities

• Backup trailers to the pit areas.
• Loading & unloading rail cars.
• Provide coverage for any area of plant operation.
• Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Outside work required – will work in summer/winter temperatures.
