Job summary

Qtww is looking for a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00 - 10:30 PM) at their Lake Forest headquarters. The ideal candidate will lead a team with high standards and enforce 5S principles. They must have over 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and be data-driven, making sound decisions based on KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production supervisor role within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of 5S safety principles and how to enforce them.
• Proficient in production tracking software and MS Office.
