Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division in Mason, OH. This position performs a range of production tasks under the supervision of the shift supervisor, including hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and other duties as needed to support the business.

Responsibilities may shift daily as this role covers for vacations and absences.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of a shift.

• Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or other production tasks at level three or below.
• Work area/responsibilities may change daily as the position fills in for vacations and absences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
