Job summary

Knowles is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate for 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. – Midnight) in Liberty, SC.

You will operate spray equipment (mask required for some operations), run the production line to maintain workflow, pull and prepare parts, and fill in for absent team members to meet goals. The ideal candidate reads drawings and specifications, learns to use various measuring devices, and demonstrates initiative with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.

• Previous production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment (mask required for some operations) and perform tests.

• Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
