Job summary

Live Comfortably LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking 2nd shift Associates to join our pillow and comforter production team. The position runs 4:30pm to 3am, Monday through Thursday, with a $2 shift differential and a starting hourly wage of $15.00.

You will perform tasks such as pillow bagging, boxing, packing, filling tanks or hoppers, and operating the pillow stuffing device in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to work repetitive jobs at a fast pace.
• Physical stamina to stand and handle materials for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the quality of the product meets the product specifications.
• Observes all Safety Rules and responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Performs duties of general help and job assignments as required.
• Meet productivity standards; neatly pack pillows/comforters in proper cartons; ensure correct pillow count.
• Operate pillow stuffing/packing equipment and assist in other departments as needed.
