Job summary

Pilgrim’s Sanford is seeking energetic individuals for Production Hourly roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will cut, trim and fabricate products on a demanding production line in a USDA-regulated environment, with emphasis on safety and quality while maintaining a clean work area.

Starting pay on 2nd shift is $19.55 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential; benefits after 60 days include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) matching and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Position requires standing on a production line and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must follow USDA and Pilgrim’s safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and fabricate products on the line.
• Operate tools and equipment per procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and clean workspace.
• Observe safety and quality policies at all times.
• Support process improvements and teamwork across shifts.
