Job summary

Monroechamber in Schofield, WI is seeking a Production Associate to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. The role involves packaging high-quality wood products and requires strength, stamina, and careful attention to detail to keep operations moving smoothly and safely.

The position includes second shift hours (2:30pm - 11:00pm) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand or walk up to 10 hours on a concrete floor.
• Able to twist and bend throughout shift.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. continuously.
• Able to work in a warm environment, especially in summertime.
• Able to work in a dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull bag from box and place over chute.
• Press button to fill bag with products.
• Remove bag with product and push through sealer onto round table.
• Remove bagged product from round table and stack on pallet.
• Push pallet into wrapping machine so the entire pallet is wrapped.
• Push pallet on conveyors for forklift removal.
