Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging
• Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency
• Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures
• Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation sheets and on the computer
• Safety compliance: adhere to all safety rules and procedures
• Quality performance: accuracy in production inspection, documentation and adherence to quality standards
• Productivity: meet or exceed production targets and efficiency
• Attendance & reliability: consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality

2nd Shift40 HOURS +PLUS OVERTIME - Overtime is currently paid atDOUBLE TIME rate.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Production Associate position located in Hastings, Mi. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities that support the entire production process. The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of responding to production needs and requirements. Associates will make product, inspect, record/ report findings, and take appropriate action as needed. This position requires good math and reading skills, strong retention abilities, learning and rotating through various work cells, ensuring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
