Job summary

ShareSTAFF is seeking a Production Associate I for the 2nd shift in Morrisville, NC. You will produce and package custom products, operate production equipment, and ensure quality while you work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer weekly pay, full-time opportunities, on-the-job training, a clean team-oriented setting, growth opportunities, and a stable schedule. Start is immediate with Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fast-paced production environment experience preferred.
• Willing to train in manufacturing or warehouse

Responsibilities

• Produce and package custom products while meeting quality standards
• Operate production equipment and follow detailed work instructions
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Prepare orders for shipping and ensure they are completed on time
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Assist in other production areas as needed
