Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring Production Associates for our client in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Pay rate is $16/hr with a 2:00 pm – 12:00 am 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include reporting malfunctions, maintaining equipment and work areas, and performing automated axle assembly tasks. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, wear steel-toe footwear, maintain good attendance, and be able to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass Background check, Drug Test & Pre-Employment verifications.
• Steel-toe shoes/boots required.
• Good attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Reports any equipment or tool malfunctions immediately.
• Maintains equipment and work areas.
• Performs repetitive line operations to assemble axles.
• Performs tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Advocates safety practices among production staff.
• Ensures supervisor/team leader is aware of malfunctions, maintenance or safety issues.
• Inspects finished products for faults and isolates damaged items.
