Job summary

Collis, LLC a subsidiary of SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Team Member to assist in assembling and preparing products for shipment in a manufacturing setting.

You will follow safety procedures, read routing, operate production machinery, and help ensure product quality through checks and proper packaging. No prior experience is required, and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Experience is not required.
• If experience is present, metal manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety procedures as instructed.
• Reports unsafe conditions to the Company.
• Follows work instructions, quality procedures, and work standards.
• Interacts professionally with other employees.
• Participates with work teams as needed.
• Works overtime as necessary.
• Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Moves and assembles materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products.
• Uses manual tools as instructed to perform work.
• Places products in equipment or on surfaces for processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Attaches labels and tags to products and packages.
• Packages finished goods correctly.
• Operates production machinery as instructed.
• Tracks production on schedule boards.
• Examines products for quality conformance.
• Notifies supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
