Job summary

MS Companies LLC is seeking a motivated Contingent Employee to support production, quality, and warehouse operations in the automotive manufacturing sector. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire position offers a pathway to long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

The role includes a 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, $17.50 per hour, and a $150 sign-on bonus after 40 hours. Training is provided, and there is a $100 referral bonus for referrals that qualify.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or automotive settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
