Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services seeks 2nd Shift Production Associates for a fast-paced linen/laundry/garment facility in Historic New Castle, Delaware. Responsibilities include assembling, folding, packaging by hand, and preparing orders for shipment.

Shifts: 2nd shift 4PM–12:30PM Mon-Fri at $17.00/hr; potential 1st shift openings 7AM–3:30PM Mon-Fri at $16/hr. Candidates must be 18+, reliable, physically capable, and able to work in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to stand, walk, reach overhead, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Tolerate loud noise and extreme temperatures in production areas.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sort garments and linens for processing.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking 2nd Shift Production Associates to work in a fast-paced linen/laundry/garment facility to assist with folding, assembling, and packaging by hand different types and sizes of linen and medical garments in Historic New Castle, Delaware.
Shift: Information:

• 2nd Shift: 4PM – 12:30 PM Mon-Fri $17.00/hr.
• Potential 1st Shift Openings: 7AM – 3:30 PM Mon-Fri $16/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Fill or empty laundry bags onto the production line.
• Feed items into folding machines according to production requirements.
• Sort different types of garments and linens for processing.
• Fold, assemble, and package various types and sizes of linens and garments by hand.
• Pick and pack customer orders from finished products for shipment or delivery.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements, including standing for a full shift, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate loud noise, extreme temperatures (hot and cold), and other environmental exposures within production areas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Prior production, manufacturing and warehouse experience of 6 months or more.
