Deco Products is seeking a Production Assembly Associate for the 2nd Shift in Decorah, IA. This full‑time role focuses on assembling die‑cast and purchased components to deliver quality products while upholding a safe, efficient production environment.

You'll work Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with Friday options. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a shift premium of $2.50. Deco Products has a long history and serves North America with proudly made components.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality in work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and 10–25 pounds frequently
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work full‑time hours

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate assembly equipment and production tools
• Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support production goals and team objectives
• Adapt to changing priorities and overtime opportunities as needed
