Qualifications

• Ability to stand 10+ hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with measurement equipment and precise packaging.
• Able to work in a cold seafood environment.
• Must pass a background check and be able to slice, skin fish.

Responsibilities

• Use measurement equipment to weigh and portion fish accurately.
• Slice, cut and skin fish for certain lines.
• Package salmon with attention to labeling and weight.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow seafood handling procedures.
