Job summary

MLC Manufacturing in Spring Lake, Michigan is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Production Worker for a full-time four-day workweek. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM. Join a fast-paced sheet metal environment requiring teamwork and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities include operating laser breakout, press brake tasks, resistance welding support, quality checks, and keeping a clean, safe work area. Manufacturing experience preferred and physical lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works well independently or in a team; reliable attendance.
• Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus.

• Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts
• Help operate and run parts on a press brake
• Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed
• Perform general production and manufacturing duties
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions

MLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
