Job Requirements

Production Worker is responsible for ensuring quality products are produced according to customer expectations.

Key duties include:

• Loading Materials: Supplying empty lids and containers onto production lines to maintain continuous operation.
• Operating Equipment: Managing filling lines and packaging machinery, performing quality checks during production to ensure product standards are met.
• Packaging: Assembling boxes, sealing cases, and labeling finished products accurately for distribution.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring product cases for weight accuracy and promptly reporting any equipment issues to maintain product integrity.
• Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean and adhering to food safety regulations, including SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Documentation: Completing daily production reports and assisting with equipment operation as needed to support overall production efficiency.
