Job summary

SND Services is seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector to join our fast-paced team. You will accurately pull and stage produce orders, load trucks, and handle bulk/palletized items while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. You will also repack products to meet customer specifications and manage labels for routes.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly, operate a motorized ride-on pallet jack, and work well in a team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order selection role.
• Ability to count and assemble large produce orders (up to 300+ pieces).
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• REQUIRED: must be able to operate a motorized ride-on pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and stage customer orders, including those requiring special handling or bulk/palletized items.
• Load delivery trucks according to assigned routes.
• Repack and recondition products to meet customer specifications.
• Manage printed labels and add-ons for each route with precision.
• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Restock product and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and accuracy.
• Clean and maintain warehouse areas by sweeping, removing debris, and organizing boxes.
