Simon & Schuster is seeking an Order Selector Driver to join the second-shift team at our Riverside, NJ Distribution Center. This role supports warehouse operations by picking replenishment stock for the Full Case department and returning products to designated storage locations.

The ideal candidate has experience operating an order selector or forklift, uses an RF scanner, and demonstrates strong attention to detail while following safety procedures and SOPs; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience operating an order selector or forklift.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, twisting.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order selector to pick replenishment stock for the Full Case department.
• Return products to designated stock locations using an order selector.
• Use RF scanner to record product movements accurately.
• Pick orders according to labels and instructions.
• Follow SOPs and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Comply with equipment and workplace safety requirements.
