Job summary

Brakebush Brothers in Mocksville, NC is seeking a 2nd Shift Processing Machine Operator. You will set up and operate processing machines, follow batch sheets, and ensure accurate paperwork and data entry. This full-time role starts at 3:30pm, Mon–Thu with a shift that may vary; wage is $23.18 per hour.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and support a team environment. Qualifications include mandatory safety training, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lb, and basic Windows data entry.

Qualifications

• Must complete required safety training for Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Trucks, Hazard Communication, etc.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to perform basic data entry into a computer system on a Windows environment.
• SAP Experience a plus.
• Experience and knowledge with HACCP programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate processing machines, including leveling, filling, speed, and other mechanical adjustments such as belt height, scraping tubes, filter checks, temperature checks, batter tests, oil monitoring, etc.
• Perform setup to machine specifications by following batch sheet and load formulation information for each product code.
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter it into computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
