The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, plus 3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to read drawings, understand electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Serve as process and equipment expert in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Adjust equipment, set up processes, perform autonomous maintenance, and generate daily reports.
• Train operators on equipment operation to ensure production plans are met with quality.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments to meet quality and cycle time goals.
• Analyze data to drive productivity and safe operations.
