Job summary

Stratas Foods in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Process Operator for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) to manage railcar and tank wagon deliveries, monitor gauges, and support safe, efficient production in a food manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include unloading bulk product, recording production data, ensuring GMP compliance, and coordinating with teammates to maintain continuous flow. High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm).
• Experience operating in a food manufacturing/ready-to-eat facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload bulk product and raw ingredients from railcars and tank wagons safely.
• Record production data and temperatures for each batch.
• Monitor gauges, flow meters, and thermometers to adjust materials.
• Open/close railcars and tanks as needed to meet production demands.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards throughout shift.
