Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical field related to manufacturing.
Experience in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing required.
Experience working in a regulated quality environment (ISO preferred).
Responsibilities
Support the launch and ramp-up of production on 2nd shift.
Develop and maintain assembly instructions and process documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.

Education
