Overview

2nd Shift Press Operator

Pay: 20.85 per hour with increase opportunities through DH after 90 days

Shift: Monday through Friday 2PM to 10PM. Overtime available during the week and on weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding press machines to produce valve seal components
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Meet daily production goals

Work Environment

• Hot manufacturing environment
• Repetitive work with a focus on quality and consistency
• Standing for long periods

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Frequent use of hands for small parts
• Ability to stand, bend and move throughout the shift
