Job summary

The Jor-Mac Company in Lomira, WI seeks a 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to set up and run the press brake, bend metal parts, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. The role requires blueprint reading, basic math, and attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality.

A $1,250 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires and a shift premium applies. Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with full-time employment and a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating press brake machinery or similar metal fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Basic math skills to measure and calculate bend angles and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and machine settings.
• Make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
