Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging seeks an experienced Press Assistant - 2nd Shift for our Feasterville facility. The role supports CI flexographic presses, assisting with setup, material handling, and adherence to QMS and SOPs in a regulated medical packaging environment.

Responsibilities include staging materials, ink management, and in-process quality checks, with 5S discipline and documentation accuracy. Must read SOPs and work instructions, work well in a fast-paced team, and be available for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in flexographic printing, converting, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read SOPs and production orders.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operator with setup, changeovers, and line clearance.
• Stage raw materials, inks, plates, sleeves, and anilox rolls.
• Support ink management, viscosity checks, and QC.
• Maintain 5S standards and clean work area.
• Complete batch records and logs per QMS.
• Escalate non-conformances or safety concerns.
• Support preventive maintenance as directed.
• Follow GMP and safety requirements.
