Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in assembly and/or wiring.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to read blueprints and one-line diagrams.
• Familiarity with BOMs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire low-voltage switchgear and panels.
• Read blueprints, BOMs, and diagrams to guide builds.
• Scan and transact work orders; track production schedules.
• Pull parts and use hand/power tools to assemble subassemblies.
• Secure components, verify tolerances, label units.
• Disassemble for rework and reassemble as needed.
• Pack and ship finished units and support supervision tasks.
