Strong Hold is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Louisville, KY (Mon-Thu, 5:00pm–3:30am) to bend, shape, and form heavy-duty steel components for cabinets, workstations, and carts. You will read blueprints, select tooling, and perform rigorous quality checks to uphold our obsessively overbuilt standard.

Ideal candidates have experience with press brakes or precision sheet metal fabrication, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

• Read technical blueprints and job orders to determine material needs and bending sequences.
• Perform strict quality checks using calipers, squares, and tape measures.
• Operate and set up machines to bend, shape, and form heavy-duty steel components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
