Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a certified material handler to operate cranes and forklifts on the warehouse floor, process orders, and keep work areas safe and well organized. You will verify product, input data, and support lean/quality initiatives.

The role requires reading/writing, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, basic math skills, and diligence in maintaining equipment and safety standards. This position is safety sensitive and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Use of handheld measuring tools.
• Safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Pull, inspect and verify product before processing.
• Set up equipment and run material per work order specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly processing area.
• Enter and record measurements and production data.
• Assist with lean/quality activities and training others when required.
