Job summary

Generac in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking Assembly I/II/III personnel for a 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM). Pay rates include Assembly I at $20.75/hour plus $2.50 shift premium = $23.25/hour and Assembly II at $22.25/hour plus $2.50 shift premium = $24.75/hour.

Responsibilities include assembling products to spec, validating materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (Assembly II/III) and may have ERP/SAP

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required for Assembly II/III with progressive experience.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system is preferred for Assembly II/III.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per specifications and work instructions.
• Validate materials before starting assembly and maintain clear housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
