Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and PPE
• Basic math and computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assure that their machine is running quality parts at the production rates.
• Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using the Hubbell Utility Solutions Quality Operating Principles.
• Complete daily paperwork including HR x HR charts, counting and packing parts
• Maintain safety, quality, production and 5S housekeeping standards
