Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a 2nd shift General Labor to support our poultry production operations. You will work across multiple stations handling live hang, evisceration, debone, and other production tasks, following safety rules and PPE requirements. Overtime and some weekend work may be required.

The role requires 18+ years old eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. A strong safety mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to learn and perform general labor duties.
• Ability to work in a poultry production environment.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime and some weekends.
• Ability to follow safety requirements, company policies, and department procedures.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to pass SVO pre-employment/post-offer checks.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
• Perform assigned general labor duties in production areas (live hang, evisceration, debone, cut up, marinating, stack off, Polybag, Retail, Warehouse).
• Handle live poultry, raw and/or cooked products depending on department assignment.
• Follow all safety requirements and use of PPE.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, conditions, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and participate in safety programs.
• Support production needs by working shifts, overtime, and some weekends.
