Job summary

LV Petroleum in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a diligent Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas; stocking supplies; assisting with event setup; monitoring inventory; and reporting maintenance or safety issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with weekend/evening hours available. Weekly pay and benefits include health care, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial or janitorial experience a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are consistently cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, informing management when restocking is necessary.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable and assisting with inquiries from guests and staff.
