Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift, on-site in McPherson, KS. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and document activities while collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency. OSHA safety standards apply.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required; technical certs a plus.
Strong experience in maintenance of production equipment and facility systems.
Hands-on preventive maintenance: scheduling, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts.
Ability to read/interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Experience with robotics and programmable controls troubleshooting and modifications a plus.
Commitment to safety, OSHA standards, and teamwork across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement repairs.
Replace or repair worn parts to keep equipment running smoothly.
Document maintenance activities and track performance.
Collaborate with Engineering/Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and processes.
Assist in equipment installation and improvement projects as needed.
