What You'll Get To Do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will repair and maintain a variety of heavy construction equipment while following safety and operational guidelines. You will have a chance to demonstrate your skills by maintaining heavy equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Starting at $25.44 per hour, frequent overtime!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of prior maintenance experience.
• Welding experience.
• Experience with open pit mining operations and aggregate products is a plus.
• MSHA training is a plus.
• Work Availability - Be available to work 2pm-2am, Monday-Friday and occasionally weekends.
• Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending (at the waist, lifting above and below the waist), kneeling, reaching, grasping with both hands, squatting, repetitive motions, manipulative finger movements, wrist use, foot use, arm movements, working extended periods in the same position, working in all climates, tolerating heights, lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, and wearing respiratory and other PPE.
