Qualifications

• Experience in industrial cleaning, janitorial, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, debris, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to assist in different areas of the facility when needed.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and remove trash from designated areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse, loading dock, and surrounding areas.
• Clean breakroom appliances, including microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines.
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Dispose of trash, scrap materials, and debris properly.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery.
• Assist with production operations during breaks or staffing shortages.
