Job summary

Armada Staffing Group in Groveport, OH is seeking a dependable Pick/Pack Associate to join our warehouse team packing flower seeds. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), weekly pay, and a temp-to-hire opportunity.

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive packing duties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be willing to pack and handle flower seed products.

Responsibilities

• Pack flower seeds according to company standards.
• Pick and prepare products for packing.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Label and organize packaged products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
