Job summary

Siegfried is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Irvine. You will manage hands-on operations in a GMP-regulated, sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5–7+ years in pharma manufacturing or packaging, sterile/aseptic processing experience, and strong leadership. Salary range is competitive, with a focus on operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
• Execute production schedules and drive efficiency
• Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation
• Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement
• Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff
