Job summary

American Regent, Inc. seeks an entry-level Filling Operator I for the 2nd shift in our Hilliard, OH facility. This role supports the filling process, including loading materials, operating filling and capping equipment, and assisting with line clearances under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read Standard English documents such as SOPs and manuals.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, gathers and stages manufacturing supplies and equipment.
• Gathers and returns production materials as required to support manufacturing.
• Cleans and stores equipment and work areas after use.
• Operates filling and capping machinery and assists with line clearances.
• Participates in all tasks of the filling process under supervision.
