Job summary

Dextech is hiring Parts Processors for the Inspection and Packaging Department on the 2nd shift. You will operate and monitor packaging machinery and hi-lo equipment, inspect finished goods, and record production activities.

Training is typically on the first shift, with seasonal temperature changes in the manufacturing environment. Growth opportunities include wage increases every 90 days up to the department top rate, plus extensive medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan for eligible

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to understand and interpret shop math.
• Working knowledge of quality procedures.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Ability to complete computerized check sheets or willingness to learn.
• Basic computer navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging machines.
• Perform manual adjustments as needed.
• Palletize and prepare cartons.
• Construct and label boxes for order fulfillment.
• Verify the accuracy of packaged parts.
• Properly label and identify all products.
• Operate hi-lo equipment for material handling.
• Communicate concerns to appropriate parties when problems arise.
• Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace.
