Job Description

Attention Military Affiliated Job Seekers: Our organization partners with companies to source qualified talent. Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely.
• Control and monitor Maintenance Stock Room inventories.
• Review open Purchase Orders weekly and resolve issues.
• Kit/Stage Maintenance Parts as needed.
• Support maintenance by locating parts for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and address issues with incoming parts/services, including safety concerns.
• Manage obsolete parts and communicate with vendors.
• Create purchase requests based on inventory needs.
• Maintain organized stockroom.
• Maintain safety stock levels and perform cycle counts.
• Order and receive parts, including emergency parts, and follow up on deliveries.
• Research and request quotes for replacement parts.
• Verify received parts and update inventory in Maximo.

Minimum Education
