American Wood Fibers (AWF) in Lebanon, KY is seeking a Paper System Operator for the 2nd shift. The role ensures product quality, runs paper production systems, and adheres to safety guidelines to maximize production and efficient shipping of materials.

The successful candidate will monitor systems, perform quality tests, complete shift reports, and support ongoing maintenance activities while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Physical ability to bend, squat or stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate paper production systems, start-up and shut-down as required.
• Monitor production and adjust controls for optimal throughput and quality.
• Run quality tests and input data according to procedures.
• Maintain clean production area and report safety issues.
