Job summary

American Wood Fibers, Inc. in Lebanon, KY is seeking a 2nd shift Paper System Operator to ensure product quality, operate paper production systems, and meet safety guidelines.

You will monitor production, perform quality tests, complete setup sheets, and maintain accurate production data while working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, with a tobacco-free environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with forklift or mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start up/shut down process systems as required.
• Monitor paper production system and adjust controls for optimal output.
• Perform quality tests and input data per procedures.
• Complete shift reports and maintain production records.
• Follow safety programs including PPE and LOTO.
• Attend safety trainings and meetings.
