Trinidad Benham in LaGrange, GA, is hiring a full-time line operator to set up and run the production line, ensuring products meet quality specs. You will perform hourly quality checks, monitor the line, and transfer finished goods while maintaining GMP standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Operate line at 90% efficiency
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand 10–12 hours
• Follow GMP standards and safety procedures

Responsabilités

• Check production schedule and run order
• Set up initial machine thread-up
• Perform hourly quality checks and record results
• Monitor line and resolve jams
• Pack and stage finished goods for pallets
• Wrap, tag, and transfer finished products
• Maintain clean, organized line per GMP
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex ones
• Lubricate and clean machinery as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
