Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Painter to join our manufacturing team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves painting and packaging speed reducers and gear boxes, inspecting units, masking areas, and ensuring correct labeling and packing for shipment.

You will work onsite in a production environment, follow safety rules, and support a lean manufacturing workflow while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing strongly desired.
• Safely operate in a production environment and follow EHS policies.

Responsibilities

• Paint completed units for shipment following established methods and standards.
• Inspect units to ensure housings are free from lubricant and dirt before painting.
• Mask shafts, bores, and oil seals from paint; protect nameplates and shafts.
• Pack units with correct labels and carton per established methods.
• Operate overhead hoist and paint booth; maintain records of painted units.
