Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Paintert for the Baldwin, WI facility to prepare, maintain chemicals, and paint products on a 2nd shift. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m., onsite.

The role requires reading blueprints, accuracy, and teamwork, with safety and environmental compliance emphasized. Prior paint experience is preferred, and a forklift license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret product specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with plant personnel, customers, and carriers.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Able to adapt to changing tasks and solve problems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain chemicals in dip tanks.
• Maintain compliance paperwork for environmental and quality.
• Prepare product for paint application and weld.
• Paint product according to print and product specification.
• Control correct tagging and parts.
• Maintain equipment and clean booths according to methods and schedule.
• Ensure correct MIL thickness.
