Job summary

Generac is hiring a Paint Support team member to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations on the 2nd shift. The role requires adherence to site safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Pay starts at $19.50 per hour with a 13% shift premium, and applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Additional duties as assigned may arise during production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company/site safety rules.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
• Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.
• Additional duties as assigned.
