• Helps prep weldments for priming and finish coating
• Reads and understands units of measure
• Applies a variety of surface coatings
• Maintains spray guns and equipment
• Retrieves parts from staging areas

Requirements:

• Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods, including standing, kneeling, lifting, bending, and working with various materials.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are necessary.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with all safety and quality regulations.
• Safely operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• 1+ years of painting experience using a spray gun.
• Familiar with and previous use of hand tools such as grinders and sanders.
• Ability to work independently on all assemblies without supervision.
